my friend’s house has a natural AMAZING smell… how does this happen?
i HATE the smell of floral air fresheners or even scented candles most of the time. i like perfumes but so many seem too strong and fake.
some people seem to naturally smell nice… in a way that could never seem overbearing to even a sensitive nose yet is noticeable by anyone.
i have a friend like this whose house, car, clothes etc all have this light, warm, sweet undertone. she wears perfume sometimes but she always changes it and honestly i’m not crazy about any of the kinds she wears, ive smelled them. she lives with her parents and every room smells the same so i don’t think it’s any one person’s product(s) or anything.
i LOVE to smell nice but i’d like to know where a natural smell like this comes from… i’m always worried that perfumes are too fake and strong…
what makes some people and their homes smell so good??
Could it be a wonderful soap smell? My favorites are Yardley English Lavender and a coconut lemongrass from a online source. Shampoo can be very pleasing too. I prefer scented lotions and talcs to perfume most of the time but if I use a spray fragrance it’s usually very light. My new favorite is “Water Lily”. It’s a light aquatic floral.
