Does whey Protein Powder make you bulk up?
I weigh 120 pounds, but I want to tone up and lean out. I was thinking of trying whey protein powder to make smoothies, but I’m afraid it’ll make me bulk up. Do you know of any good products for women that will create lean muscle? If not, do you know of any alternatives?
whey protein powder makes you bulk because the protein is predigested, so it gets to your muscles much faster than solid food and allows them to start building. as a woman, you will never be able to bulk up. you simply dont create enough testosterone to do it. you could lift harder than any man in the gym and you will never become bigger than them, or even close to it. so it would be fine, even beneficial for you to use whey.
